David Gomez is an engineer with more than 20 years of international experience in BD, EPC execution, commissioning and operation of utility‑scale wind and solar PV projects, across Europe and Latin America in major platforms exceeding 5–7 GW.
His leadership roles in leading companies in the sector reflects a solid track record in the execution of high-value projects and strategic investment decisions
At M3 Renewable Investments, he serves as Operations Manager, ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and profitability of the company’s renewable assets, bringing deep expertise in EPC management, project finance, PPA compliance, grid connection, due diligence, and RTB delivery, contributing to M3’s growth and operational excellence

Ignacio Martinez carries 20 years of experience in BD, Management and Investment in energy related ventures.
Previously Co-CEO Asterion Energies, Co-Founder and Partner at Four Winds and Iberia Solar.
Previously Vice President for Asset Management at Alcazar Energy, a private renewable energy investment company based in Dubai.
Ignacio also worked for the Middle East Renewable Energy developer MASDAR, and for the Abu Dhabi based consultancy DNV supporting wind and solar projects in the MENA region.

Jaime Echevarria

Jaime Echevarria is a senior business development and investment professional with more than 25 years of international experience across renewable energy, private banking, asset management, and financial advisory.
He currently serves as Sales Manager at M3 Renewable Investments, leading business development and commercial strategy for sustainable energy projects. Prior to this, he held senior positions with Asterion Energies, Iberia Solar, Banco Santander International (Miami), Santander Private Banking (Switzerland), Citibank (London and Spain), and Mutuactivos.
Jaime holds a Law Degree and several international financial and business qualifications, combining extensive expertise in investment management, strategic partnerships, institutional relations, and renewable energy development.
Shagun Maheshwari
Investment Manager- Dubai based
Shagun Maheshwari is a finance professional with experience in private equity, corporate finance, and investment advisory. She has recently joined M3 as an Investment Manager, following her role as an Investment Analyst at a Dubai based Private Equity firm.
Shagun is skilled in financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence, with a strong foundation in strategic analysis and investment research. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management (Finance) from Middlesex University Dubai, where she founded the Business Society to promote entrepreneurship.
A certified Neurolinguistic Practitioner and Organizational Coach, she is currently pursuing the CAIA designation, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional and personal growth.
